With over 35 years of experience in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management, including 25 years in executive roles, Hyacinth Guy leads the Hyacinth Guy Human Resource Company. This firm focuses on enhancing personal and organizational competencies, strategic HR management, and business capability. Dr. Guy holds a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, an MBA, an MA in Social Studies, and a BSc in Social Science.
